Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Window: You can request to cancel an order within 1 day of placing it.

  2. Shipped Orders: If the seller has already initiated shipping or the product is out for delivery, the cancellation may not be accepted. However, you can choose to reject the package at your doorstep.

  3. Return & Exchange Deadline: You can request a return or exchange within 1 day of purchase or receipt. After this 1-day period, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered.

  4. Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be completely unused, in the exact same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it to customer service within 1 day of receipt. Replacements are only issued after the seller verifies the defect.

  6. Items Not as Expected: If the product does not match the site description or your expectations, you must notify customer service within 1 day of receipt so they can review the complaint and take appropriate action.

  7. Sale Items: Products purchased during a promotional sale may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  8. Inspection Process: Once your returned item is received, we will notify you via email. The return or exchange will only be processed after the item passes our internal quality check.

  9. Refund Timeline: Once a refund is officially approved by Glam Vista, it will take 7 days for the funds to be processed to you.
